1st Annual Friends of NBE Golf Invitational
Friends of North Beach Elementary was formed nearly 25 years ago by a small group of visionary parents who were committed to make the educational and social experiences of all students at North Beach Elementary the best they can be.
The purpose of Friends of North Beach Elementary is to enhance the educational experience of each child by funding additional teachers, support staff, and innovative programs in our school. In primary grades, Friends will fund additional support staff to allow our teachers to focus on instruction while providing assistance to all students. In the intermediate grades, Friends will fund extended programs in Technology, Science, Reading, Writing, and Math. These programs give children hands on learning experience while reinforcing lessons learned in class.
The Friends organization continues to set high standards and go beyond the normal curriculum offered at public schools, in effect, privatizing public education. Our 1st Annual Friends of NBE Golf Invitational, on April 5, 2019 at Normandy Shores Golf Club, will help continue to highest level of education to each student at North Beach Elementary. You support helps make each event at North Beach Elementary a success and help lead the children to a better future. We look forward to your support at our golf tournament.
